Butter farming: You can grow this foreign fruit, and there is a huge need in the market

Nowadays, farmers want to grow new and profitable something in addition to traditional crops. In such a situation, butter cultivation has emerged as an excellent option. It is a foreign fruit, the demand for India is rapidly increasing, especially among the conscious people of health and fitness. The right climate for butter fruit and land

It is considered the most appropriate for butter cultivation from moderate to tropical climate. This means that the fruit grows well in areas where the temperature is 15 to 30 degrees Celsius. This plant cannot be too cold or freezing, so it should not be cultivated in such areas.

Irrigation requirements

In the first 2 years, water is essential for plants every 7-10 days. After this, irrigation requires only 1 or 2 times a month. There is no need for irrigation during the monsoon, but there should be a drainage system so that the roots do not accumulate.

The use of fertilizer and fertilizer

For good yield, you should place the organic fertilizer in the field such as cow dung fertilizer and Verme fertilizer. Butter plants begin to give fruit in about 3 to 4 years. Keep in mind that the butter does not cook in the tree, so it should be broken into a little green. It can be soft and eaten within 7 to 10 days of the tree. This fruit can be sold on the local market, supermarket or direct online site.

In a butter tree, 100 to 150 kg of fruit per year. The price of butter in the market ranges from ₹ 150 to ₹ 400 per kg. In this way, by planting 80-100 saplings on 1 acre, a farmer can earn 3 to 5 lakh rupees annually, which is also in low hard work.
