Four years ago, the world’s first boiler -low -ranking sugarcane processing technology, which was installed at a plant in Assam, is now advantageous. The technology organization said that a plant in the Hojai district of Central Assam is useful in creating jaggery with sugar cane juice without burning the remains. The technology developed by the Spray Engineering Divisions Limited (SETL) was established four years ago in the Environmental Technology Agro plant, which now claims that the company has reached its ‘commercially possible’ phase.

Settle Managing Director Vivek Verma said that when a new technology is created, there are challenges. In this case, there were problems like thermal balance. But we are lucky to have the support of an industrial unit. We have now reached a commercially possible stage for all sugarcane processing plants.

This technique is used

Unlike traditional Chinese processing units, the low-temperature-source (LTE) system created by SEDL operates without a boiler, making the plant 100 percent free. Verma said it also eliminates water discharge by recycling all the recovered water for irrigation. Furthermore, the minimum environmental track of the coordination of the solar power system is supported.

Getting from this year is beneficial

Another SEDL officer said that four years ago, the Environmental Technology Agro Mills was established with an investment of Rs 50-60 crore, including the value of land and equipment, including a new boiler-free technique. He said the plant had done a business of about 30 crores in the first three years and is expected to be profitable in its fourth and current year. The official said that the capital investment for setting up a jaggery plant with SEDL technology was Rs 50 crore for the supply of 500 tonnes of sugarcane (DCD).

A company that promotes sugarcane cultivation

Technology is now being updated, so the benefits of the plant raw materials can be confirmed, that is, the availability and quality of sugarcane. According to Pradeep Jain, advertiser of the Environmental Technology Acro Mills, the plant is currently operating at about 40 percent of its installed capacity and operating on 200 TCDs due to lack of sugarcane. Jain said he promoted sugarcane agriculture in the region, and forces the producers to follow new varieties and techniques for better yield. Jain said 700-800 pixes were leased in neighboring areas to show financial concessions to farmers.

Will be more beneficial in the coming years

We are still in the early stages and are expected to get better results in the coming years. After extracting the juice from the sugarcane, the remaining dry pulp is an opportunity to use. This can be used as a paper pulp and fuel. Jain said that the manufacturer of the Lanka plant is being transported to another business of his company, where it is used as fuel. Verma also underscore the use of Kooi -containing Kooi, and explained how it could be used in the production of 2G ethanol and other biopsy.

He said that using our technology can come to sugarcane processing mills and other industries. They can be used for different purposes and profitable. The company’s own division uses a boiler -free technology, where research and development work is done, and there is another section in Madhya Pradesh, SEDL officials said. He said every project is coming in Tamil Nadu and Bihar.
