A repeated topic in the last speeches of speakers in the name of Sentra BankL, the representation channels in monetary policy will be one of the most important topics in the agenda of the Foundation’s researcher 2026-2029, according to the Director of the Central Bank Economic Policy, DIOOGO Guellen. On Wednesday (14), he will participate in the annual conference of the Monetary Authority in Brazilia.
He said, “The new research schedule, which will accompany the Central Bank course from 2026 to 2029, will include, among many other topics, the new focus on understanding monetary policy channels, as well as focusing on expanding the population at a lower cost and highlighting institutional communication.”
According to the director, the subjects of the agenda are defined to give institutional ammunition to BC and also achieve other strategic goals of the central bank, such as the modern challenges provided by technological innovations.
“The developed research follows a specific organization, which defines procedures for proposal, approval, implementation, evaluation and publishing.”
In the initial speech of this event, Gillin once again emphasized the achievement of the official autonomy, which strengthened the governance of the Foundation and artistic independence. He also cited progress on topics such as sustainability, technological and green innovation, which puts the central bank, according to it, as an active agent in building a more flexible and comprehensive future.
“These achievements are the result of a work for generations of public employees, the continuous dialogue with society and the constant search for technical and institutional excellence.”
