Judge Peterson Barroso Simao took the constitutional oath at the President of the Regional Electoral Court, Rio de Janeiro (Tre-RJ) and accused the political class of organized crime.
The ceremony was held on Wednesday afternoon (26), in the Minister of Public and Demar Zveter, at the TJ-RJ Court of Justice.
“We cannot accept that voting is the subject of work or the imposition of illegal orders. We want to have perfect behavior for those who ascend their positions through their free, conscious, free from economic orders and assumptions, forever remove violence in the militia, drug dealers, and criminal organizations, who suppress fear, in the face of the principle of human size and discrimination.

The judge will be at the top of the elections in 2026 in the state and assumes the clear presidency of Judge Henrik Carlos de Andradi Vigura, who was elected in 2023.
Under the Federal Constitution, it is only permissible for the complete members of the court who occupy the vacancies of the state judges to run for the presidency. Peterson Barroso Simao was elected by increasing.
