After the arrest of the Punjab police and the leaders of the Punjab police over the URI and the Shambu border, the movement for nearly 1 year ended on March 19. After the move, the farmers’ organizations have become fiercely against the state government. Today, the Aam Aadmi Party decided to protest against the houses of MLAs and ministers on Monday. Most agrarian leaders detained by the Punjab Police on March 19 have been released, but farmers’ organizations are preparing to open a lead against the state government. Farmers allege that the state government has cheated him, and on March 19, the police forcibly removed him from the Shambu and Kanori border. Farmers accuse their tents for being broken and stolen.
Demonstrations of farmers in 17 districts
If evidence is to be believed, farmers’ organizations are planning to protest in 17 districts of the state, which then spread to other districts. Earlier, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagavant Man had said that he would support the peasant movement on March 29 and lead the farmers in talks with the center on May 4. Speaking on a news channel’s plan, the Punjab chief said that the democratic right of the peasantry was to protest.

The Chief Minister of Punjab said, ‘I fully support the farmers’ demonstrations on the Shambu and Kanuri border. Fighting for the rights of all is the democratic right of all. I will personally take the farmers to the center meeting with the center on May 4… we have come with them. No sticks or water shower has been used so far. He added that the opposition of the peasantry is against the central government. But due to disruption of the border, the government suffered a loss of funds, and in view of this, the Shambu and the Kanuri border were evacuated.
