If you want to use NLM, prepare these 16 documents
- Milk-pale and livestock details are costing the project report (DPR) project.
- Whatever the land documents, the lease, the rental agreement.
- Photos of the project site by GPS camera.
- Document evidence for the participant’s role in the project.
- The list of farmers associated with the applicant includes name, Aadhaar number, mobile number and address.
- Applicant’s PAN card, Aadhaar card and photo.
- If the caste certificate is applicable, the Education Certificate, the Training Certificate.
- Experience letter or certificate of any animal farming activities made earlier.
- GST Registration Certificate (In the case of the company).
- Certificate of encryption (in the case of the company)
- Porter Shin (in the case of a corporate company)
- Address Certificate such as Photo Identity Card, Electric Bill, Water Bill, Phone Bill, Bass Book, Rental Agreement.
- If the annual financial statements have been censored for the past three years.
- If the income tax return of the last three years is applicable.
- Bank Report of the last six months
- Cancelled check with bank order form.
