The Minister of Public Security in Rio de Janeiro, delegate Victor Santos, has criticized the federal government for not defending the Red Command classification (CV) as a terrorist organization. “The federal government cannot talk about a topic that may not even know, because he does not know the truth of Rio de Janeiro, because he does not want it. The reality of Rio is known to all who live here.”
