The price of chicken in the country flies. To the top in recent days

Chicken price has been filmed in recent days in different parts of the country, according to tenants and producers.

“A few days before Easter, the price of the entire chicken was at 55 peso and today is 77 peso,” says Alejandro Hernandez, the owner of a Bollya, where the average price per kilo is cheaper, compared to public markets.

And he confirms that in the center of De Abbastos, where you buy for sale, there is a shortage of eggs and chicken, especially the latter.

In Toloca, a kilo of breast reached 130 peso, but in some areas of the south of the state, it costs up to 250 peso, where the Michocan family dominates.

In Chetmal, Quintana Roo, a significant increase was tried last week, reaching 60 pzzo per kilogram.

According to local merchants, the cost moved from 55 to 59 peso and finally reached 60 pzzo kilograms of chicken completely, although they do not know the exact reasons for this increase.

In TamaulPas, it has suffered an increase in its price between 54 % to 128 %, according to the reducing acquired.

Sector data, traders and consumers certificates attribute them to the lack of product and commercial practices that reduce their quality.

In Ferkerruz, from day to day, the cost of chicken meat for traders increased by 3.50 peso per kilo. In xalapa costs Kilo 50 peso, Aranza Guerra explained.

He said they were surprised because the increases they got in cents, but now “suddenly and Porrazo” was applied to the increase in the complexity of their business.

“They have warned us that there is another increase tomorrow that could come,” he said.

The merchant said another problem is that they do not give them the size they are asking, but they reduced the delivery, in an account, as in 25 %, which will also affect them for sale in their branches.
