Compensation for 151 farmers of 17 districts
In a program organized at the Haryana Civil Secretariat, Haryana Chief Minister Nib Singh Saini has released about 324 acres of 151 farmers of the state’s 17 districts. These districts do not have Ambala, Mewat, Palwal, Faridabad and Panchkula. This amount is paid by the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management and Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Department at a similar rate. In this case, the Chief Minister said that farmers who burned the crops by fire, the next crop would be provided for free from the government.
‘Farmers will not have difficulty’
The government says this will be the first time in Haryana history when the agriculture department and the farmers welfare for the fire in crops. In such a situation, farmers are doubled at this time due to public compensation. C.M. Nib Singh Saini said his government is always working in the width of the farmer and his interest. According to the CM, the farmer is an anonymous, and in such a situation, he will not be allowed to face any problems.
Claims are verified
Chief Minister Saini said the damage to the rabbi crop of 2025 seasons in the state has been reported due to a large number of fire in the fields in the past. In view of this, his government decided to open the electrical safety portal to obtain the claims of loss from the farmers involved. Later, regional officials of the Revenue Department were advised to check the claims and upload a report on the portal.

Check them for compensation claims for crop losses and the e-crop compensation portal ‘My Crop Mera Details’ is operated by the portal. The portal was launched by the State Government since 2023 for the claims of crops carved due to natural disasters. In this portal, farmers are demanding their crop loss. According to recommended criteria, compensation is paid through online mode after the appropriate process. This online process has made the entire process of compensation claim to be transparent.
