He has provided a new direction in the market by making clean and healthy ice cream from sugarcane extracts. People prefer to eat ice cream in the summer, but chemical ice cream can be harmful to health. Sanjay Saini has prepared sugar free and chemical free kulpi by finding a solution.
The machine was ordering from Gujarat
Made from sugarcane extracts, the prices of Gulbi are kept at a cost of 20 to 30 rupees, which is in the budget of the public. This is suitable for patients such as sugar and thyroid because it does not have refined sugar or harmful chemicals. Sanjay has ordered a steel machine from Gujarat, which keeps the color and purity of the extract. By extracting the juice in the iron engine, the iron reaction is made and the color of the juice becomes black.
85 Gulbi will be made simultaneously!
He said his machine gathers Gulbi in 10 minutes, and he packed it with a deep freezer. He has so far made seven types of pineapple, grapes, banana, lemon spices, almonds and coconut. At the coming time, he plans to bring a variety of beetroot, mulberry and strawberry. As Gulfi’s demand is increasing, it is now selling it in 15 places in Saharanpur. He said that people are ordering it at marriage, birthdays and other events. Currently, his engine is creating 80 to 85 Gulbi at a time. It costs 15 to 23 rupees. But if the demand is increased, he will also install large machines that can produce 400 to 500 Gulbi at once.
Call from other cities
Farmer Sanjay said his childhood was spent on jaggery and sugar work. So, they have a natural dessert experience. According to them, smoke emanating from engine machines is harmful to health, while the lack of their electric machine pollution. They call them from cities like Lucknow and Aligarh so that they can set up plants there. When he placed Gulfi at an exhibition in Saharanpur, he received a big response from the public and the authorities. Their aim is not only business but also providing healthy options to people. In the tradition of India, sugarcane is considered a form of God. In such a situation, he considered the sugar cane as a ‘honey’ and has stepped into this direction. According to research, drinking sugar mixed with lemon in sugar cane does not increase sugar. Keeping this thought in mind, he has produced this Gulf.
