For the first time in the history of Kulima, the traditional offer was suspended on May 1 due to the political circumstances.
So far, the Kulima government has not made the cancellation official, however, among the local unions that have already been suspended, because the local government did not call for the march.
The possible cancellation of the event and the review on May 1 in the capital of Kulima has weeks that started as a rumor, and before the state government’s silence this week, many unions began to invite its members to celebrate history in various parts of the state, without thinking about the offer that is traditionally implemented at the Collima Center.
This is the fourth time that a procession was canceled on May 1 in Kulima, and the previous three were due to public health issues, as the first in 2009 was the H1N1 peply in influenza and in 2020 and 2021 by Covid-19.
However, this will be the first time that it has been canceled for the political context of Tulima, because there are two possible reasons between the unions.
The first of this indicates the fact that the governor of Mourinesa Endira Vizkino prefers to avoid a direct confrontation with the work base, with which he had friction with, as faculty members are a very many union and that turned his back on reforms into educational law.
Tensions with the health sector are added, after February of this year, the governor of Kulima confirmed that the lack of supplies and medicines in the state is due to the fact that workers in health centers themselves have been stolen medical supplies, a situation that caused a strong discomfort in the hospital community.
The second edition of the cancellation of the show indicates that the ruler will be on May 1 in Manzanilo, heading to a march with the unions related to its administration, all to promote politically to Rosie Bayardo, the mayor of that municipality and the personal friend of Vizino, heading to the state’s 2027 electoral process.
For Professor Julian Contreras de la Rosa, a 28/30s spokesman, the suspension of the show is gathered in the relationship between workers and the state government.
With this decision, the secret collar is reduced between workers and the Kulima government, which represents an opportunity to understand that we do not need to invite the government, because the state cannot be a pattern and a factor at the same time. “
Despite the cancellation, independent unions and working groups maintain their intention to show the memory of the labor struggle in different parts of the entity, independently to the state government.
An invitation was made by some different unions to demonstrate outside the government’s palace in the capital of Kulima.
