In UP, the public is making full arrangements to reach the public from the village to the village. Now farmers don’t have to worry about the weather, the direction of the wind and how much rain in the area. In fact, a year -old device is installed in each district. Due to this, farmers will get accurate information about weather change. Atul Kumar Singh, a senior scientist at Lucknow’s Regional Meteorological Department, gave this information in a conversation with India Today.
He said that the survey has begun to set up equipment related to the agricultural sector of the central and state government. This project is named after weather information network data system (Winds). It is conducted by the Central Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Department in a pilot program in all states of the country. The annual device is being installed in every state of the country.
Farmers will receive information through use
Meteorologist Atul Kumar Singh said the task would be done under the Federal Government’s Air (Weather Information Network Data System) program. At the same time, the state agriculture sector will do this work with the help of the central government. Rainmecker devices are automatically, which will send the collected information to the server. Farmers will receive information through use. The full information of the weather and humidity here will be updated here.
In the series, UP’s Agricultural Director Dr. Jitendra Kumar Dommer said, “With 68 AWS, has been established by the Indian Meteorological Department by the Indian Meteorological Department. A total of 308 constituencies have plans to set up Automatic Weather Station (AWS) and Automatic Rains (ARG) and 55,570 grams of panchayats released from the weather and revenue sectors.
Under the federal government’s air scheme, it has been decided to establish an ARG in each of the Gram Panchayat with AWS in each constituency. For this purpose, when the tender process is completed, some districts are being installed an annual -year device. The work order was issued after the Skimett was selected.
Farmers get a great relief from seasonal rain
By installing these equipment, farmers will get information about the speed of the wind, the direction of the wind, the rain and the hail. Moisture is also detected in the air. It will also tell the farmers the appropriate time to provide water. Dr. Domar added that the crop rotation is also affected with climate change. At the same time, farmers experience a lot of damage due to seasonal rain, overflow and hail. If there are information on the weather in the past, farmers can take steps to recover in a timely manner so that the damage can be reduced.
