In the previous season, his 400 trees gave him 21600 kg of fruit. After this, Pratap sold him for Rs 200 to Rs 250 per kg. In this way, he made a profit of Rs 42 lakh.

Pratap’s victory is behind Kivi’s success in the Indian market. Kivi’s demand is increasing due to urbanization and awareness. Kiwi is considered the main source of vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants. According to Eximedia, in 2023-24, India imported Kivi from New Zealand, Iran and Chile at $ 51 million. Day by day, the need for growing kivi is a benefit to Indian farmers. Use of cow dung fertilizer and water

In the garden of Pratap, the old trees of Kivi will yield 60 to 70 kg kiwi. At the same time, new trees receive 30 to 40 kg. He tied Kivi in ​​the box and went to Mandis. According to Pratap, he used only water and cow dung in the cultivation of kiwi. In addition, he prioritizes the drip irrigation that provides water to the roots of the plants.

According to Pratap, the fruits are small due to lack of water. At the same time, the plants receive all the nutritious components from the cow dung, and in such a situation they do not need any chemicals.
