Indian Agricultural and Rural Development Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and Israel’s Agricultural and Food Security Minister Avy Dicktar visited the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) against the Indian Agricultural Research (ICAR) in Delhi.
